By checking the box and clicking on the submit button you will be taken to the order page to purchase a subscription membership to the Smart4xTrader Forum. Upon successfully paying for your 5-day trial account for an amount of $4.95, you will be given access to the membership registration page. You must complete this page to activate your username and password to the Forum. Upon completion of registration, you will have limited access to the online forum. Within 1 business day, your account with be upgraded to full access as a Level I member. The Smart4xTrader Forum contains all the training content, access to coaching, software downloads, and support. You will have 5 days from your initial signup to use the Forum and Training Content without charge. If you're not satisfied or would like to discontinue further service for any reason, simply cancel during the initial 5-day trial, and you will not be billed. After your initial 5-day trial, your subscription to the Smart4xTrader Forum will automatically renew for a cost of ninety-eight dollars and zero cents ($98) for continued access. You may cancel anytime to discontinue service. Billing for continued access to Smart4xTrader Forum will remain at ninety-eight dollars and zero cents ($98) to be charged once monthly for as long as you stay on the service. To cancel service for any reason you may contact us at support @ smart4xtrader.com or contact the payment provider (Clickbank or Paypal) to cancel your subscription. You can also contact Smart4xTrader at 1-801-542-9355. Your Subscription payments will show payment to Clickbank and/or Pro Financial, Inc.

Subscription Membership Service

The Subscription Membership Service is broken up into 4 Levels. Each level represents the number of months that you are on the service: Level 1 = 1st month on the service, Level II = 2nd month on the service, etc. Each month the Forum software will automatically promote you to the next Level which offers you additional access to more content, software, training and coaching. Below is a summary of what each Level offers:

Level I = Basic Training (7 hours of training videos), Swing Trading Systems (11 hours of training videos), Tools Forum (all software and template downloads), Forex Rebates, and Coaching (4 hours each week)

Level II = Day-Trading / Scalping Systems (7 hours of training videos), Live Trading Room chat software

Level III = Position Trading / Hedging Systems (7 hours of training videos), access to Archived Coaching

Level IV = Free access to 2-day training workshops

Please note that it will take a total of three complete months for a subscribing member to access to all training sessions listed in the Smart4xTrader Forum. Therefore, subscribing members will have been charged subscription fees at least four times before having full access to all forum content. Subscribers can cancel at anytime. Training sessions can be updated, replaced, and/or added to at any time.

How to Cancel

To cancel service for any reason, contact the payment provider (Paypal or Clickbank) and cancel the subscription. Or you can contact us at 1-801-542-9355 or by e-mailing us at support @ smart4xtrader.com to make your cancellation  request. Your Subscription payments will show payment to Pro Financial, Inc.

No Guarantees

A. Smart4xTrader makes no guarantee that you will make any specific amount of money.  Risk is inherent when trading Foreign Currency.  Results will vary.

B. Our information, and other staff make every effort to prepare you to make the best possible decisions, but there is no guarantee of generating income through foreign exchange trading (SPOT).

C. All training content, videos, coaching sessions, and software provides information solely for educational purposes.

Indemnifications and Hold Harmless

A. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Smart4xTrader and Pro Financial, Inc. , its officers, managers, member mangers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and representatives from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including but not limited to reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees that may result from your use of our website services or your breach of these Terms of Service.

Privacy of User Information

Collection of personal information: For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address.

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart and track referrals from other websites and search engines.

Added collected information and how to request removal: If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by calling us at the above telephone number.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

Request for removal: Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us at the above telephone number.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unenforceable, invalid, unlawful or void, by any court having competent jurisdiction, then said provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
